The Curaçao and Bonaire Insurance Association
About of the CBIA
Established in November 1990, the Curaçao and Bonaire Insurance Association (CBIA) serves as the official voice of the insurance industry in both territories. We represent all insurers licensed to operate in Curaçao and Bonaire and work to advance the sector through effective cooperation between insurers, intermediaries, regulators, and the public.
The role of the CBIA
CBIA actively represents the interests of its members in the business community, in policymaking, and in regulatory dialogue. We monitor emerging trends, respond to key industry challenges, and advocate for a healthy, resilient insurance landscape. Our core objective is to support the growth, professionalism, and long-term development of the insurance sector in Curaçao and Bonaire.
